Kelly Bulmer, Province IV Officer -
It is an honor to serve as your Province IV Officer. Thank you to my chapter Brookville Beta Eta for their support and encouragement. I was initiated into the Brookville Beta Eta chapter in 2014 and have held the offices of Recording Secretary, Vice President and President. I have also served on the State Fine Arts Committee and the State Scholarship Committee. I love serving my community in many capacities. I am so excited to meet and support my sisters in Province IV. This biennium is going to be amazing!
