Your Username is your member number. It is located above your name on your Cross Keys label and begins with #. For example, Member Number: #111111 would type 111111.

Your Password is your first name and last name, all lowercase, with no spaces as it is spelled on your Cross Keys label or chapter printout. (For example, Mary Ann Smith would type in maryannsmith.)

Please update your information under the 'Account' link in the very top menu. This link is visible once you have successfully logged in.

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details, including your Email.
