Regional Training Convention Chair - Initiated into the Fishers Eta Iota Chapter in 2008, Karen served as vice president of the chapter as well as chair of their Cookies-N-Santa event for two years. Karen affiliated with the Brownsburg Epsilon Upsilon Chapter in 2017 and has served as vice president and is currently president. Karen served at the state level during the 2019 – 2021 biennium as a member of the technology committee and was asked to step back in during the latter half of the 2021 – 2023 biennium.
