Parliamentarian, Bylaws - Karen Filler of the Crooked Creek Epsilon Sigma Chapter is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Agriculture, two Masters degrees and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. She dedicated her career to state government and retired three years ago as the Deputy Director of the Division of Aging within the Family and Social Services Administration. For Tri Kappa, she has served as the Epsilon Sigma chapter's President, Vice President and Recording Secretary and on the State Level represented Province XI as a member of the State Scholarship Committee, Province Officer and a member of the Chapters & Charters Committee. Karen has been married to Bill for 36 years, has one grown son, Andrew, a lovely daughter-in-law, Brittney, and two adorable grandsons, Rowan and Easton.
