"It's not how much we give but how much love we put into giving." ~Mother Teresa~
Through the years, Tri Kappa has established three endowments to fund special philanthropic projects.
The Kappa Kappa Kappa, Inc. Scholarship Endowment Fund was established in 1988 as a way to obtain additional funds for the state Scholarship program. The principal is never touched, but the interest earned is paid into the Scholarship Fund to fund scholarships annually.
The Philanthropy Endowment and Fine Arts Endowment Fund were established on December 7, 2007. The principal of these funds can never be touched; only the interest may be used to fund additional philanthropy and fine arts projects.
There are several ways chapters and individuals may donate to these endowments.
- Donations can be made "in honor of" or "in memory of" someone. These endowments offer a way for anyone to give through monetary donations, special gifts (stock, bonds, real estate), or wills. All contributions are tax deductible.
- Chapters may want to consider sponsoring a special project each year and donating the proceeds to help the Endowment Funds grow.
Thanks to the generosity of chapters, members, and others, these endowments are worth over $350,000 as of June 30, 2016.
We invite you to consider making a lasting contribution today.
