October 7, 2024 marked the 100^th anniversary of Riley Children’s Health and the opening of Riley Hospital for Children. Tri Kappa’s generous giving over this first century supporting the Riley Children’s Foundation, qualified us to be inducted as part of the first class of honorees into the Noble Society.

Named for Riley’s first patient, Mark Noble from Decatur, Indiana, this prestigious new society pays tribute to individuals and organizations that have made transformative investments of $1 million or more in Riley.

The inaugural celebration event was held on October 9, 2024, at the Indiana Historical Society in Indianapolis. Council President Laurie Bloom, Philanthropy Chair Sue Flockenhaus, Province V Philanthropy committee member Tonya Weiss, and Province VIII Officer Angie Garcia attended and accepted the award on behalf of Tri Kappa.
