In the fall of 2019, Council President Chris Klus ushered in a new format for province conventions and workshops that were historically held by individual chapters of province officers throughout the State. Training and the convention experience were combined and shortened into Regional Province Convention and Officer Training events known as PCOTs. These events were held over eight weekends instead of 12.

Province Officers of 2019-2021 worked with two new state committee chairs, Diane Trout-Cummins and Kate Stahl to ensure officers enjoyed connecting with other Tri Kappas and received the valuable information they needed for their chapter office.
Registrations occurred online for the first time and electronic packets of guides and forms were available on our website.

In the general session, the state chairs' reports were accompanied by a video showcasing all their initiatives, some with testimonials. White Carnation Shops, the Fine Arts competition, and unique lunches from each community topped off the day.

Locations of PCOTs throughout the state included Franklin College, St. Joseph Parish Center in Jasper, Madison Consolidated High School, Terre Haute South Vigo High School, Battle Ground Middle School in West Lafayette, First Presbyterian Church in Muncie, The Connection in Warsaw and Ivy Tech in Valparaiso closed out the final weekend.
